Palladium USA International Inc.'s $175 million “Palladium Las Colinas” project will include two 21 story condominium towers, plus 18 three-story villas with attached garages. The entire development will consist of approximately of 42.500 square meters of living space.

The project will be developed in two phases.

Palladium Las Colinas is being designed by Washington, D.C. - based WDG Architecture and will make the fourth project Palladium USA has developed in Las Colinas since its initial development of Grand Venetian in 1998.
