The program supports educational goals for residents who plan to attend college or certified trade programs.

Wellness & Resources are resident-focused programs delivered through our property teams. We also work with local nonprofits, schools, workforce organizations, and health or senior care partners. These programs and resources are designed to support stability, education, wellness, and long-term comfort.

Yes. Palladium USA supports residents in all our communities through our property teams, dedicated partnerships, and onsite service coordination. The type and frequency of services vary based on local needs.

No. There is no fee to participate. Programs and resources are not tied to having a housing voucher. Participation may depend on program availability and, where applicable, local eligibility requirements.
