Looking for an affordable apartment in San Antonio? Palladium USA develops and manages three apartment communities across the city — income-restricted apartment homes with modern floor plans, quality amenities, and professional on-site management. Every community is built, owned, and managed by Palladium USA, which means the team that designed your community is the same one answering the phone after you move in.
Below you'll find each of our San Antonio communities, how income-restricted housing works in the San Antonio area, and answers to the questions renters ask us most.

San Antonio pairs big-city opportunity with one of the lowest costs of living among America's major cities — and Texas has no state income tax, so more of each paycheck stays in your pocket. The job base runs deep: Joint Base San Antonio and its military community, the South Texas Medical Center, and hometown employers like USAA and H-E-B anchor a steady economy. Off the clock, the River Walk, the Alamo and the historic missions, the San Antonio Zoo, and some of the best Tex-Mex anywhere keep weekends full.
San Antonio is also growing in the areas where our communities are located — from the far west side's rapid expansion around Loop 1604 to steady investment on the northeast and southwest sides. Palladium USA has a community in the parts of the city where that growth is happening.
Our San Antonio communities offer income-restricted apartment homes through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Rents are set so households earning at or below a percentage of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the San Antonio area can afford attainable monthly rent. Common set-asides under the program range from 30% to 80% AMI — the tiers available vary by community and by home.
Have a question we didn't cover here? Visit our FAQ page for answers about leasing, resident support, and living in a Palladium USA community.
Income limits vary by community and by unit, based on the Area Median Income (AMI) tier assigned to each home. Contact the community's leasing office to find out which income limits apply to the home you're interested in.
Start by checking availability on the community's website, then apply online or submit your application at the community's leasing office. You'll need photo ID, proof of income, and rental history. Income-restricted homes also require income verification.
Our current San Antonio communities are income-restricted apartment homes open to all qualifying households.

Palladium USA doesn't just build communities — we own and manage them for the long term. That means professional on-site management, well-maintained amenities, and a resident experience we stake our name on.
